Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Secure Proxy:Unlimited Network (the "App"), provided by DUST MEDIA LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
The App provides VPN connectivity tools and selected photo features. You are responsible for using the App only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, network rules, and third-party rights.
Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use the App for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, stalking, or threats.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights or distribute unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data.
- Do not interfere with, overload, scan, attack, or disrupt any network, service, or server.
- Do not use the App to evade lawful restrictions, sanctions, or valid legal obligations.
- Do not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the App except where permitted by law.
Service Limits
Connection speed, availability, server locations, and service quality may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, a specific connection speed, or access to any particular website, service, region, or content.
Purchases
If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered, all prices, renewal terms, and purchase details will be shown before confirmation in the App or through Apple's purchase sheet. Apple processes payments and refund requests under Apple's policies. You can manage eligible subscriptions in Apple ID account settings.
Photo Features
You are responsible for the photos you select and the results you save, share, or delete. Do not upload, create, or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The App, website, names, designs, software, and related materials are owned by DUST MEDIA LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and Apple's applicable terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse the service, or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and absolute privacy or security.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUST MEDIA LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
