2. Paid Access

An active subscription may provide access to paid location sharing features and other benefits shown in the app at the time of purchase. Availability may vary by device, region, app version, network conditions, and service status.

3. Payment

Payment is charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Apple processes the transaction through the App Store. Findly does not receive or store full payment card details.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the applicable price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

5. Price and Currency

Prices shown on this website are in U.S. dollars. The App Store displays the final price, currency, taxes, and any regional adjustments before purchase. The price shown by Apple at checkout controls the transaction.

6. Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting Findly does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

7. Refunds

Apple handles App Store refund requests and makes refund decisions under its own policies and applicable law. A request can be submitted through Apple's official purchase support process. We do not control Apple's refund decision or processing time.

8. Plan Changes

Upgrades, downgrades, and changes between subscription periods are processed by Apple according to App Store rules. The effective date and billing treatment are shown during the change process.

9. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update paid features or these terms. Required notices, consent, or price-change confirmation will be provided through the app or Apple subscription flow where applicable.
