Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DUST MEDIA LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use XyAnonymous : Secure Proxy (the "App").
Information We Collect
VPN and proxy service data
The App is designed to operate without account registration. We do not collect the content of your internet traffic, the websites you visit through the VPN, DNS query contents, or permanent logs that identify what you do online through the VPN.
To operate and protect the service, we may process limited technical data such as connection time, selected server region, app version, device operating system version, connection status, bandwidth volume, and diagnostic error events. This data is used to maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and resolve support issues.
Photos and videos
If you use media cleanup features, the App may request access to your photo library. Photo and video analysis for duplicate detection, similarity grouping, compression, and cleanup is intended to run on your device. We do not use your photos or videos for advertising or sell them to third parties.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. We may receive non-sensitive purchase status information from Apple, such as whether a subscription is active, expired, refunded, or restored. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
Support communications
If you contact us, we may receive your email address, message contents, device/app details you choose to provide, and related support history.
How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve VPN, proxy, and media cleanup features.
- Diagnose crashes, connection failures, and service interruptions.
- Verify subscription status and restore purchases.
- Respond to support requests and user rights requests.
- Protect the App, users, and network infrastructure from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not sell, use, or disclose VPN service data to third parties for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes. Limited information may be shared only when needed to provide the App, process Apple purchases, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or complete a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization with appropriate privacy protections.
Retention
We keep support communications for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. Limited diagnostic and service reliability data is kept only for a reasonable period needed for security, troubleshooting, accounting, and legal compliance, then deleted or de-identified.
Your Choices
- You can disable photo library access in iOS Settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Use
Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. We use appropriate safeguards when required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where required, by providing additional notice.
