Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of XyAnonymous : Secure Proxy (the "App"), provided by DUST MEDIA LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

The App provides VPN/proxy connectivity tools and media cleanup features. You are responsible for using the App only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, network rules, and third-party rights.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not use the App for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, stalking, or threats.
  • Do not infringe intellectual property rights or distribute unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data.
  • Do not interfere with, overload, scan, attack, or disrupt any network, service, or server.
  • Do not use the App to evade lawful restrictions, sanctions, or valid legal obligations.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the App except where permitted by law.

VPN Service Limits

Connection speed, availability, server locations, and service quality may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, a specific connection speed, or access to any particular website, service, region, or content.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscription and purchase options may include weekly, yearly, and lifetime access plans shown in the App. Prices and availability may vary by country, currency, tax, promotional offer, and Apple storefront.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm a purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal in Apple ID account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect after the current paid period ends unless Apple provides otherwise.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.

Media Cleanup Features

You control which photos and videos are selected or deleted. Review results carefully before deleting or compressing media. We are not responsible for content loss caused by user choices, device settings, operating system behavior, or failure to keep backups.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The App, website, names, designs, software, and related materials are owned by DUST MEDIA LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and Apple's applicable terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse the service, or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and absolute privacy or security.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUST MEDIA LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
