1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Findly and its related services. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Findly is an iOS location app that allows users to share and view friend locations when the people involved have granted the necessary permissions. Features may vary by device, region, app version, network availability, and subscription status.

3. Consent Is Required

You may view, request, or share another person's location only with that person's knowledge and permission. You are responsible for obtaining all consent required by applicable law and for respecting another person's decision to stop sharing.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Findly for covert tracking, stalking, harassment, intimidation, unauthorized surveillance, locating a person without consent, violating privacy rights, committing unlawful acts, or interfering with the app or another user's device or account.

5. Location Accuracy and Safety

Locations may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate because of device settings, network conditions, GPS limitations, battery state, or service interruptions. Findly is not an emergency response service and must not be relied on for emergencies, personal safety, medical decisions, or law enforcement purposes.

6. Device Permissions

You control location access through iOS. Some features will not work if required permissions are limited or disabled. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure.

7. Subscriptions

Some features require an auto-renewing Apple App Store subscription. Current plans are $24.99 per week, $34.99 per month, and $44.99 per year. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Subscription Terms and applicable Apple policies.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Findly may display advertising and uses Firebase, AppsFlyer, Google AdMob, and Apple services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, website, design, text, graphics, logo, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

10. Service Availability

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimer

Findly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Findly.

13. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when a user violates these terms, misuses location features, creates a safety or security risk, or where required by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after revised terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
